TupeloDesignsLLC Guest Designer
Hello there friends! I'm back today for my 3rd appearance as a guest designer for TupeloDesignsLLC! I've heard from several of you thanking me for introducing you to this wonderful online store and I appreciate hearing your feedback. If you're visiting me for the first time today here's a summary of some of the special perks TupeloDesignsLLC offers their customers:
**Free shipping for all US orders (no minimum purchase or code required)
**Discounted international shipping rates
**Lightening FAST shipping, all in-stock items are shipped the same or next day
**Loyalty Rewards Program
**Excellent customer service - all emails are answered within 12 hours by the owner
I don't know about you, but having dealt with companies that are less than stellar in one or more of the above areas I really VALUE everything that TupeloDesignsLLC has to offer!
For my card today I'm revisiting the beautiful LACY FLOWERS dies from Waffle Flower Crafts. You can see the first card that I made using these dies HERE. This time around I die cut the flowers from STAMPING MASK PAPER from Inkadinkado and used them as stencils! This masking paper has a little bit of tackiness to it which allows the die cut stencil to hold to your paper, making it easier to add your ink. Having said that, these are very delicate dies when cut from the thin mask paper so I was careful when applying my ink. I used an ink blending tool and gently pounced and LIGHTLY blended the ink onto the paper rather than blending heavily with the tool.
I used several shades of melon ink for my "flowers". I added some "leaves" (using one of the dies that has leaf like points on it), with some pale green ink. In the rest of the white space I blended some pale blue ink onto the card. The sentiment is from AMAZING by My Favorite Things. I stamped it on black cardstock and embossed it then cut the words apart. I die cut the word amazing from gold glitter paper and also added a strip of it along the side of my card. I added some black ink splatter and a black twine bow to finish the card.
I'm just loving the versatility of these beautiful LACY FLOWERS dies from Waffle Flower Crafts! I have a few more ideas floating around in my head of how I'd like to use them. I'll be sure to share with you when I try out my ideas ;)
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

TupeloDesignsLLC "Reverse Confetti Kickoff Blog Hop"
Hello, friends! Today there's a very special blog hop happening at TupeloDesignsLLC to celebrate a new product line they're now carrying in the store, Reverse Confetti! If you're not familiar with TupeloDesignsLLC, they're an online craft store that carries many of the most popular craft and stamp brands in the industry. They also offer FREE shipping on all US orders and discounted shipping on international orders, and a customer loyalty program that can add up to big savings for you. If you haven't visited their website yet be sure to do so, I'm sure you'll be impressed!
For our hop today, all of the TupeloDesignLLC design team and guest design team members will be showing off products from the latest release from Reverse Confetti, and it's a great one! Of course there will be an awesome prize involved, TupeloDesignsLLC will be giving away a $30.00 gift certificate to their store to one lucky commenter, so be sure to leave a comment on each blog and YouTube post along the hop!
For my card today I'm using the Happy Harvest stamp set from Reverse Confetti! I love all of the sentiments on these acorns, so I decided to use them all on one card!
One of the things I love most about card making is the creative license we have to do what inspires us. I love rainbows, and even though acorns don't come in rainbow colors in nature I can create them any way I desire on my cards :) I used a rainbow of ink colors, including 3 of the new ink colors by Reverse Confetti (Grape Soda, Tangerine, and Lime Green). For the polka dot side panel I used the Lotsa Dots Stencil from Reverse Confetti. I placed the stencil on some brown cardstock and smooshed my VersaMark ink pad down on it, then I removed the stencil and added white embossing powder and heat embossed. I popped the acorn panel up on some foam dimensional tape and added it to my card base. I added some orange string for a finishing touch. My card might be a little unconventional, but I think it's FUN!
The list of all of the hop stops is below, so be sure to hop along and leaves comments for your chance to win a $30.00 gift certificate to the TupeloDesignsLLC store! A winner will be chosen tomorrow, Friday September 23rd!

There's no mummy like you!
Hello there! I have a card to share today that I made for the current Freshly Made Sketches Challenge using the adorable BEST WITCHES stamp set from Reverse Confetti!
To make my card I started with a black card base and added a piece of paper from the Reverse Confetti FRIGHT NIGHT paper pad which I cut using LACY SCALLOP FRAME Confetti Cuts. This starry paper makes a nice, subtle backdrop for a spooky cute card! Next I added a couple of strips of patterned paper, also from FRIGHT NIGHT. I stamped the mummy from BEST WITCHES and colored it with Copic markers, then I cut it out using BEST WITCHES Confetti Cuts. I cut a circle using DETAILED CIRCLES Confetti Cuts and stamped the sentiment. I did a bit of ink blending around the edge of the circle to make it look like a moon. I die cut 3 stars from Grape Soda Cardstock using BEST WITCHES Confetti Cuts and placed them on the "moon". I added some clear Wink of Stella to the stars and then coated them with Glossy Accents.
Have you started making Halloween or Fall cards yet? This is definitely my favorite crafting season of the year!

TupeloDesignsLLC Guest Designer
Hello, so happy you could join me today! I'm back for my second guest appearance with TupeloDesignsLLC! I hope that you've had a chance to check out their store since my last post. In addition to carrying MANY of the most popular product brands, TupeloDesignsLLC offers fast, FREE shipping with no minimum purchase for all US orders and discounted shipping for international orders, along with an awesome Loyalty Rewards Program!
Speaking of popular brands, I'm thrilled today to be sharing a couple of cards using stamps from a company that I've been dying to try for a long time now, Altenew! TupeloDesignsLLC carries a wonderful selection of Altenew stamps and dies!
My cards today use Altenew's COFFEE LOVE stamp set! I've been seeing cards using this stamp set a lot recently, and being the major coffee fan that I am I just had to pick this up!
You might be wondering about the background paper for my cards today. It's actually the packaging that my TupeloDesignsLLC products were inside when I received them in the mail!! I love to recycle packaging when I can, and this paper was perfect for these vintage coffee images! For my first card I stamped the coffee pot and cup on watercolor paper using Ground Espresso distress ink. I used a water brush to spread out the ink over the coffee pot and cup, adding some ink at certain spots to make them darker. I splattered them with water and ink splatters, and then fussy cut. I heat embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder. This card was SUPER easy to make, and will make a perfect card for my hubby :)
For my next card I used a few other products in addition to COFFEE LOVE. The doily in the background was cut using LACY FLOWERS DIES from Waffle Flower Crafts. To make the tag I used BAGS & TAGS DIES from Concord & 9th. I really love this die set because it allows you to make lots of different customized sizes and styles of tags, gifts bags, gift card holders, etc. There's a nifty little video on the Concord & 9th website showing the many many things this die set can do, if you'd like to check it out. To make my coffee pot and cups for this card I stamped them with black ink on watercolor paper and used Faded Jeans and Peeled Paint distress inks to color them. I stamped the coffee beans and sentiment using Espresso distress ink. I decided the sentiment needed a bit more color so I stamped just the word "friends" using Faded Jeans ink and fussy cut it, then I glued it on top of the brown "friends". I coated the coffee beans with some Glossy Accents to make them shine, and added a few blue ink splatters to my card.
I hope I've given you a few ideas today for using this fun coffee stamp set! I'll be back next Sunday with another card for TupeloDesignsLLC, see you then!
Some of the products I used today were provided by TupeloDesignsLLC, however all opinions expressed are my own.

Thanks so berry much!
Happy Friday, friends! Today I have a card for you using the current Reverse Confetti Sketch For You To Try!
I used the sweet In A Jam stamp set and Jam Jar Confetti Cuts to create my card.
I started my card by adding some strawberry patterned paper to a card base. Next I used the Leaves Cover Panel Confetti Cuts to cut some green cardstock and added that to the base. I constructed my tag using Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts, Top O' The Tag Confetti Cuts, and Hang Ups Confetti Cuts. I added my jam jar to my tag and tied some white twine around the lid. A few red sequins finish the card. I think this turned out so cute! I love how the strawberry paper looks behind the Leaves Cover Panel, it reminds me of being in a strawberry field! I haven't picked strawberries in quite a few years but when my kids were little we did it every summer :)
Have you played along yet with this month's sketch? There's still plenty of time to play, and the winner will receive a $20.00 gift card to the Reverse Confetti store! Hope you'll join us!

Give Thanks
Hello! I'm up on the Where Creativity Meets C9 blog today with a post featuring the beautiful Concord & 9th GIVE THANKS stamp set! I hope that you'll visit the blog and check out what I made, here's a sneak peek for you!
Hugs & kisses & happy wishes
Hello there, friends! I'm up on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today with a card using the beautiful stamp set, WONDERFUL WORDS!
I stamped and colored the flowers from WONDERFUL WORDS using Copic markers, then I fussy cut them. I added some patterned paper to a card base, along with a strip of black glitter paper.
For the sentiment I stamped on a piece of polka dot vellum paper using VersaMark ink, then I embossed with white embossing powder. I cut the vellum with a stitched die and attached it to my card. I arranged the flowers on the card, popping some of them up with foam dimensional tape. Hope you like it!

Much love
Hello, friends! I made a card today that I'm entering in the Essentials by Ellen September Mix It Up Challenge with Concord & 9th! You know that anything that combines Essentials by Ellen and Concord & 9th is gonna be something I HAVE to play along with, right?!! Two of my favorite product lines, for sure!
I have this gorgeous 12x12 patterned paper that I bought from my Stampin Up club that has big watercolor flowers and leaves on it, similar to the sizes of the dies in Essentials by Ellen Wild Garden Designer Dies. I thought hmmm, I bet these flowers and leaves would look amazing cut with this paper, kind of like a faux watercolor look.
So that's what I did to make this card. I simply placed the dies over the flowers and leaves on the patterned paper and cut them, keeping the pieces intact by adding tape on the back of the paper. I cut some white cardstock for the flowers, and placed just the outline on top of the patterned paper flowers.
I used Concord & 9th's BARNWOOD BACKGROUND stamp to make the background, using brown ink and stamping on Kraft cardstock. The sentiment is from BRUSHED BLOSSOM. I stamped it with VersaMark ink and embossed with white embossing powder. The blue paper is also from the Stampin Up paper pack. I was going for a lush, tropical feel on this card and I think I succeeded :)

TupeloDesignsLLC Guest Designer
Hello there! I'm so excited to announce that I've been asked to Guest Design in September and October for TupeloDesignsLLC! If you haven't heard of them before they're an awesome online store that carries lots of popular brands and hundreds of crafting supplies. They offer speedy, FREE SHIPPING (items ship the same or next day) with no minimum purchase in the US, and discounted shipping for
International orders. Yep, you read that correctly, NO minimum purchase required for free shipping! I can't tell you how many times I've needed just one item in a hurry and I ended up paying as much for the shipping as I paid for the one item! I love that I don't have to worry about that now! They also have a customer Loyalty Rewards Program where you earn points just for signing up and points every time you shop, and those points can be redeemed for free products. Seriously folks, I'm so happy to have discovered this store! I'm all about saving money and fabulous customer service, and TupeloDesignsLLC has both!
Now on to my project for today. I've been eyeing these gorgeous LACY FLOWERS dies by Waffle Flower Crafts for some time now and I'm beyond thrilled to finally be able to create with them! I love the intricate, delicate design of these dies.
I started my card with a base of TIM HOLTZ DISTRESS WOODGRAIN PAPER. I love the fine, woodgrain detail in this beautiful paper, and it comes in pre-cut 4.25 X 5.5 sheets which makes it super easy to use! To make the flowers for my card I first cut several of the LACY FLOWERS dies from cardstock, using a metal adapter plate to ensure clean cuts. The flowers are gorgeous as is, but in this case I wanted them to have another color as a base. There are coordinating, solid dies that are sold for these but I don't own them, so to make the solid backgrounds I used a product called Press 'n Seal (it's sort of like a sticky back plastic wrap). You should be able to find this in any grocery store, and it comes in handy for a lot of crafting uses. I applied a piece of the Press 'n Seal (cut roughly to the size of the die I wanted to cut) to the back of my cardstock, sticky side of the Press 'n Seal facing the cardstock. I placed the die on the cardstock (opposite side of where the Press 'n Seal is applied), and ran it through my die cutting machine, this time NOT using the metal adapter plate. You want all those little bits and pieces that you would normally pop out to stay intact. Here are a couple of photos that I hope help to show you what I'm talking about.
The picture on the right shows the back of the die cut flower, with the Press n' Seal holding things together. The picture on the left shows the front of the flower with all those little bits and pieces nicely sticking to the Press 'n Seal. A little tip that helps to keep everything intact, after you've run the flower through your die cut machine, leave the die in place and pop the die AND the paper out together, then proceed to very gently poke through the little holes in the die to separate the die and paper. By popping out the die and the paper together you won't be left with any little straggly bits of Press 'n Seal around the edges of the flower.
After I cut the solid backers for my lacy flowers, I used spray adhesive applied to the backs of the lacy flowers. With these intricate dies I personally find that spray adhesive is the way to go. I have a cardboard box that I keep handy in my craft room and I place my paper in there and spray the adhesive. I use a tweezers to pick up the sprayed piece and place it on my project. The leaves that I used on my card were cut using LEAFY GREENERY DIE-NAMICS from My Favorite Things. This is a wonderful die set because there are so many different shapes and sizes of leaves in it. I artfully arranged all of the leaves and flowers on my card, popping some of them up with foam adhesive tape. The sentiment is from SPRING HELLO BY LIA from Hero Arts. I just love the font on this word! I stamped it on some thin white cardstock (thin because I find thin cardstock easier to fussy cut than thick cardstock), and fussy cut. My card is finished with a few black sequins to embellish it.
I love the way this card turned out and I can't wait to play with the LACY FLOWERS dies again!
I'll be back next Sunday with another card for TupeloDesignsLLC, hope to see you then!

STAMPtember Exclusive - Reverse Confetti
Simon Says Stamp has collaborated with Reverse Confetti for their STAMPtember celebration and the result is this adorable stamp set, FOREST FRIENDS!
I know, SO CUTE, right?!! I couldn't wait to play with this stamp set and create something adorable!
In addition to the adorable new FOREST FRIENDS stamp set I used some new products that were released from Reverse Confetti this month. I started my card by adding the leaf patterned paper from the Fright Night 6x6 Pad to a card base, and I topped it with the leafy die cut which I cut using Lime Green Cardstock and Leaves Cover Panel Confetti Cuts. I stamped the fox twice, one time on Cloud White Cardstock and one time on Tangerine Cardstock, then I fussy cut and paper pieced it. I stamped the clouds and leaves on Cloud White Cardstock, colored the leaves with Copic markers, and fussy cut the pieces. I die cut the large scallop from Circles 'N Scallops Confetti Cuts, and a smaller circle which I added some Iced Aqua Dye Ink to using an ink blending tool. I popped up the fox, clouds, and leaves on this piece. The sentiment is from FOREST FRIENDS, I used white embossing powder on black cardstock to make it. I finished the card with a bit of black twine.
Be sure to snag this adorable set while you can, once they're gone they're gone for good!
