Countdown to Confetti: Day 1

It's the most exciting time of the month, time to start peeking the wonderful new products that will be available soon at Reverse Confetti!  I just know you're going to love everything this month!

Today we have an adorable new stamp set to show you, MERRY CHRISTMOOSE, along with MERRY CHRISTMOOSE Confetti Cuts!

Isn't that moose just the cutest?!!  To make my card I started by adding a piece of patterned paper from the new VERY MERRY 6X6 Paper Pad to my card base.  Next I cut a frame using All Framed Up Confetti Cuts and 2 of the new colors being release this month, AVOCADO Card Stock and BRICK Card Stock.  I stamped the moose, tree, and snowflakes from MERRY CHIRSTMOOSE and colored the moose and tree with Copic markers, then I die cut all of them with MERRY CHRISTMOOSE Confetti Cuts.  The 3 snowflakes are connected but I love that you can easily cut them apart to use individually if you like, as I did here.  To make the round base I used a new die, POP UP CIRCLE Confetti Cuts.  This die can be used in its entirety to make a pop up circle card, or you can use individual pieces from the set as I did here.  I used the large, scallop circle, cutting it once from Cloud White Card Stock, and once from Iced Aqua Card Stock.  Then I used the Doin' the Wave Confetti Cuts to cut the white circle to make it look like snow, and placed that over the iced aqua circle.

To make the sentiment I cut a piece of the new STONE Card Stock using a die from Hang Ups, Too Confetti Cuts and stamped the sentiment on it.  I trimmed the ends to make fishtails, and added a couple of red sequins where the holes are.  I think this makes a fun piece to add a sentiment to, and I love finding multiple uses for my dies!
