Hello, friends! Today I have a card I made for the August Essentials by Ellen Pin-Sights Challenge. I just love the graphic for this challenge, and had to make a card using it!
To make my card I first used Cracked Pistachio and Squeezed Lemonade and my ink blending tool along with the Classic Diagonal Creative Screening stencil from Winnie & Walter. I cut the top of the card stock with a die from the Wavy Scallop Stitches from Simon Says Stamp and place it on a PTI Soft Stone card stock base. The die cut flowers (which are colored with Picked Raspberry DI) and leaves are from Essentials by Ellen Wild Garden dies and the sentiment is from Mondo Magnolia. I added some sequins and black splatters to finish the card. These flowers rather remind me of poinsettias (not sure if that's what they were intended to be), and I can see these looking beautiful colored in red for Christmas cards!
Thanks for stopping by today :)
