MFT Sketch Challenge #261

Hello there!  This is my second post for today, if you're looking for The Challenge post, please scroll down.

I made a card for the current MFT Sketch Challenge using several of the new goodies I got for Christmas!

I used my new Watercolor Stripes Background stamp for the base.  I alternated rows applying Pumice Stone and Worn Lipstick distress stains directly to the stamp and then laid my white paper down.  This resulted in a splotchy look that I rather liked so I decided to run with it.  The elephant stamp is from Adorable Elephants, as is the sentiment and balloon.  I water colored the large die cut heart using Tumbled Glass distress ink.  The elephant was colored with Pumice Stone distress ink and the balloon with Worn Lipstick distress ink.  I embossed the balloon and sentiment using Liquid Platinum embossing powder, and added glossy accents on top of the balloon.  I finished the card with some clear Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

That's all for today, thanks for stopping by!
